Nestled on Valley Road in Birkirkara, Malta, a small new contemporary sushi restaurant boasts 

a cozy ambiance with 8 tables and 8 counter seats. The menu features an exquisite selection of Sushi, Sashimi, Chirashi, and Poke bowls.

The culinary journey of the two Malaysian chefs behind this venture began in New South Wales, Australia. 

Seeking to refine their skills, they subsequently traveled to Tokyo, Japan, where they trained at the TSA Sushi Academy in Tsukiji,

where they mastered the art of sushi, sashimi, and traditional Washoku courses, bringing a rich blend of international expertise to their creations.
